Your Role:
Ballinger is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Architectural and Engineering firm in Center City Philadelphia. This role is responsible for mailroom, printing, administrative and light maintenance work, Monday through Friday on-site.

Your Role:
Ballinger is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Architectural and Engineering firm in Center City Philadelphia. This role is responsible for mailroom, printing, administrative and light maintenance work, Monday through Friday on-site.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, Shipping, and Distributing of all mail and packages
- Coordinating with FedEx, UPS and USPS for mail and package delivery
- Set up and cleanup of food and beverage services for meetings and team events
- Provide maintenance of architectural 3D printing machines and printing supplies for reprographic equipment
- Communicate and engage with the team of Architects, Engineers and Interior Designers regarding facility, meetings and mailing items
- Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across the office for various needs, moves about the office to deliver materials and food service items.
- Additional operations duties as assigned to collaborate with the team and assure project success, leadership support and client engagement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in facilities/operations management preferred, ability to learn maintenance of equipment and facilities operations procedures required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, Excel preferred
- Ability to consistently exercise a high degree of professionalism, initiative and independence
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Engaging interpersonal abilities, working closely with all levels of the firm
- Demonstrated customer service skills, both internal and external along with strong organizational ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team, demonstrating a can-do attitude
- Ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work occasional overtime.
