The Balloon Museum comes to Miami: After incredible experiences in Rome, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Naples, London, New York, Atlanta we are ready for Miami at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center.
We are looking for Costumer Care/Costumer Satisfaction professionals.
Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
We are looking for an empathetic, easy-going, kind and patient person who has excellent interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for working with the public, able to handle critical situations such as complaints or issues related to tickets or any kind of assistance requested by the customer.
We are looking for a person who will handle lost items, placing them in special boxes, checking an excel file and notifying customers when items are found.
We are looking for a person to manage the entrance of groups and schools. Makes initial contact via email providing guidance on pricing and access arrangements, and greets the group upon arrival.
Previous experience in Customer Service preferred.
The start date is scheduled for June 22nd with the possibility of working for 4 months.
We propose two working solutions: Full-time, Part-time.
The expected remuneration is $18.00 gross per hour.
