Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual treatment needs.
- Develop personalized acupuncture treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
- Administer acupuncture treatments using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Utilize trigger point therapy as needed to address specific pain points.
- Provide education to patients regarding acupuncture, pain management, and overall health.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current with medical terminology and advancements in acupuncture practices.
- Perform physical examinations as required to assess patient conditions.
- Ensure high standards of patient service and care throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications
- Licensed acupuncturist from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to acupuncture and pain management.
- Experience in acute pain management is preferred.
- Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on individualized care.
- Proficient in aseptic techniques to maintain a safe treatment environment.
- Ability to provide exceptional patient service and support throughout the healing process.
