Summary

We are seeking an Injection Mold Operator to join our dynamic team at Bally Refrigerated Boxes. This role is essential in the manufacturing process, where you will operate and maintain injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components for our refrigeration products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished products for accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Injection Mold Operator or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
• Familiarity with plastics extrusion and blow molding processes is preferred.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
