What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerk - Utility position at Bally's Casino?
The Role: Utility Clerk functions as back-up for other housekeeping positions; including, but not limited to, Guest Room Attendant and Laundry Attendant.
Responsibilities:
1. Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.
2. Ensure at all times operating principles are being adhered to:
a. Clean – Keep all areas clean and pristine.
b. Safe – Follow all safety policies and procedures.
c. Friendly - Use customer courtesy skills to provide superior guest service.
d. Fun – Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers
- No prior experience or training.
