What are the responsibilities and job description for the Set Up - Promotions/Event position at Bally's Casino?
The Role:: Assists marketing, setting up events and promotions. Retrieves pallets from receiving and delivers to the proper location. Moves pallets; sets up pipe and drape and stanchions; unboxes gifts; bails cardboard boxes; arranges tables and chairs; and decorates special events.
Responsibilities:
1. Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.
2. Maintains proper procedures in movement of pallets, pipe and drape, stanchion carts, unboxing items, bailing boxes, set up and break down of event.
3. Assures proper setting up of promotion and/or events.
4. Assists in monthly physical count of all inventory items.
Qualifications:
The level of education, experience, and training an individual must have at minimum to be considered qualified for the position.
B. Skills: Specific skills such as computer usage, communication, 10-key touch, etc.
C. Abilities: The physical components of the job and how the physical aspect is accomplished. Does the position require LIFTING 50 pounds, or does it require one to MOVE 50 pounds. Can 50 pounds be moved using a dolly or cart?
