Key Responsibilities
- Answering guest questions and providing detailed information about property facilities
- Processing ticket sales for all entertainment events, including modifications and cancellations
- Maintaining accurate records and balancing cash and ticket transactions
- Resolving guest complaints and informing management of unresolved issues
- Assisting with seating guests during show nights and performing other related duties as required
