- Taking and preparing beverage orders or relaying orders to the bartender for preparation.
- Collecting orders from the bartender, adding garnishes, placing on trays, and serving to guests with cocktail napkins.
- Computing bills and accepting payment from guests.
- Requesting identification from customers when necessary.
- Removing empty or dirty glasses and bottles and returning them to the bar or kitchen.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
