Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role

Responsibilities
- Manages subordinate supervisors who supervises employees in the Slot Department.
- Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Responsible for payroll (time) and attendance for their shift.
- Evaluates employees on the shift.
- Evaluates all bank variances.
- Takes corrective action of all employees on shift.
- Works hand in hand with Tech, Manager, and Supervisors in other departments.
- Corrects any problems that a guest may have.
- Works with the Casino Manager when it comes to guest satisfaction.
- Other duties may be assigned
