Key Responsibilities
- Observe and report on all areas under surveillance to ensure compliance with regulations and gaming policies.
- Maintain corrective maintenance on electronic and mechanical components of surveillance equipment.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance of surveillance equipment.
- Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of surveillance equipment.
- Order and stock necessary cleaning supplies and spare parts.
- Assist in planning camera placements and installations.
- Respond to emergency service calls.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Casino-Resort Surveillance Systems or 1 year of Information Technology/IT experience.
- Intermediate-Level experience in large-scale Cisco networks preferred.
- Basic-Level experience in virtualization technologies such as VMWare preferred.
- Ability to understand Nevada Gaming Board (GCB) Surveillance Standards and Minimum Internal Controls (MICS).
- Excellent customer service focus and ability to handle priority and sensitive information.
