Responsibilities: Maintains proper receiving practices. Assures proper stock rotation with inventory items. Assists in monthly physical count of all inventory items. Operates company forklift and vehicles as needed. Attends safety meetings as requested. Ensures a maximum level of departmental service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained for all departments, i.e.; processing and delivery of all departmental inventory requisitioning, as well as deliveries of all non-inventory items. Receives orders utilizing applicable software. Qualifications: High School diploma general education (GED). Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Maintain flexibility to handle changing priorities and schedules. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to exercise initiative and a sense of urgency. Exceptionally self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail. Strong tactical skills. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions. Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with people. Must possess excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all employees and guests. Ability to understand and promulgate written memos, instructions, regulations. Training All employees are required to complete mandatory compliance training within thirty (30) days of hire date, then annually thereafter. Training marked with an asterisk below must be completed prior to reporting to their respective work area.
