Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).
The Role:
- Ability to positively promote guest relations.
- Ability to effectively assign dealers within an assigned area.
- Ability to effectively supervise upwards of 15 Table Games dealers.
- Ability to accurately carry out supervisory responsibilities including the recommendation of discipline
- Ability to effectively provide training, work direction, rewarding and correcting employee performance and the addressing of complaints.
- Ability to effectively resolve problems.
- Prepares and orders table fills and credits and monitors credit and player ratings (as applicable).
- At times could be designated to change cards/dice on shift change and every 2-4 hours on novelty games or change out damaged cards/dice
- At times could be designated to open and close games as business dictates.
- Must be able to use stairwells or service elevator to go from floor to floor.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs.
- Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
- Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
- Must be willing and able to work a variety of hours, holidays and weekends as determined by business needs.
- Knowledge and enforcement of all IGC regulations and Internal Controls.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7 hours).
- Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
