The Role
This is an opportunity to join a relatively new and highly ambitious entrant to the North America igaming and sports betting market at the beginning of our growth journey. In this role you will be delivering best in class brand management for different Bally's products and services.
What You Will Do
- In conjunction with the VP of Sports Marketing & Brand develop the brand strategy for Bally Bet Sportsbook & Casino, Bally Play and related products and sub-products
- Day-to-day management of the ongoing brand campaigns
- Ensure brand campaigns are integrated across all Marketing channels, Chat and support functions.
- Working with creative and media agencies day-to-day.
- Working with Insight team to monitor brand health, identify opportunities, monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Maintaining brand consistency and equity across all customer touch-points
- Brand training for all teams across the business.
- Upkeep and evolution of brand, campaign and TOV guidelines
- Support on PR activity where required
Who You Are
- Experience creating and implementing marketing campaigns
- Experience in working with brand tracking reports and consumer insight and applying it to the planning process
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Excellent project management skills, delivering on time and budget.
- Ability to articulate the differences between different product lines and their positioning
- A flexible and creative approach.
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Reporting and analysis skills
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team
- Works in a timely manner and to a high standard
- Demonstrates good communication with senior stakeholders

- Has coordinated integrated (multi-team) marketing campaigns
- Demonstrable understanding of core brand marketing metrics
- Can demonstrate that they can deliver against deadlines consistently
