The role:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. Promote the See. Say. Smile. and Customer Experience Oner culture through actions and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
- General maintenance of all facilities and property.
- Identify deficiencies related to maintenance of facilities and property.
- Identify need for maintenance and repair of Table Games layouts and for maintaining, repairing, and replacing Table Games layouts.
- Identify the need for and perform mid- to advanced-level painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks required for proper maintenance and upkeep of the property.
- Identify and diagnose deficiencies with HVAC system, alarm system, and generators, and take necessary measures to correct deficiencies.
- Assist with developing preventive maintenance schedules and follow all such schedules.
- Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
- Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
- Keep work area in a clean and organized manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
- Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally’s Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

Experience
Preferred- OSHA safety training certification is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle intermediate level maintenance tasks independently.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role, with hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
