ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

• Supervise Slot Technicians: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of slot technicians to ensure the timely and effective maintenance of slot machines.
• Machine Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee regular maintenance schedules, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure optimal performance.
• Installations & Upgrades: Manage the installation and upgrades of new slot machines and related equipment, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all slot machines and systems meet local, state, and federal gaming regulations, including software and hardware requirements.
• Customer Service & Support: Provide support for players and team members by addressing machine-related issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Inventory & Parts Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of slot machine parts, tools, and supplies to ensure efficient repairs and installations.
• Slot Performance Analysis: Analyze and monitor slot machine performance, using data to identify trends and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
• Game Strategy & Optimization: Optimize slot machine offerings, including game placement, themes, and configurations based on data and player preferences.
• Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase profitability by identifying high-performing games, adjusting payout structures, and recommending machine additions or removals.
• Data Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present reports on slot performance, offering insights and recommendations to senior management and relevant departments.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to promote high-performing games, run promotions, and design customer loyalty programs that drive engagement.
• Budget Management: Assist in planning and managing the budget for slot operations, ensuring cost-effective strategies for acquisitions, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Customer Insights: Use customer feedback and behavior analysis to align slot offerings with player preferences and improve satisfaction.
• Slot Floor Coordination: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth running of slot operations, including machine placement and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Industry Trends: Stay informed on the latest gaming technologies and industry trends to ensure the casino’s slot operations remain competitive.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in slot operations, performance analysis, or casino management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in budgeting, revenue optimization, and cost-effective management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.

This role is essential in ensuring the continued success and profitability of the casino’s slot operations by overseeing technical maintenance, optimizing game performance, and leveraging data to drive revenue growth.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job will have supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
