Qualifications
- 1 year kitchen experience needed
- Pastry/Culinary degree would be preferred.
- Effective oral and written communicator.
- Highly motivated, can work with limited direction
- Fluent in English.

Essential Job Functions
- Essential duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
- Daily preparation of all bakery items and specials needed for the entire operation with direction from the Pastry chef.
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Constantly walk, stand, hear, see and talk.
- Frequently smell, taste product.
- Occasionally bend, reach, twist, sit, and hold.
- Frequently lift or carry up to 25 lbs.
Working Conditions
- Be able to work in hot, cold, wet, humid and loud environment for long period of time
