Principal Duties and Responsibilities: |

· Ensures that Jonas food tickets and request of all items is timely and accurate. · Obtains and distributes all requested supplies as needed. · Must maintain proper and clean uniform and appearance. · Maintain knowledge of proper food serving etiquette · Ability to carry multiple hot plates of food with/without food trays from the kitchen to the guests · Must be able to stay consistent with menu changes and given knowledge of all food dishes · Must maintain working knowledge of associated condiments to all food dishes · Keeping stations stocked with polished silverware and plates · Presetting all tables with silverware (roll-ups) and appetizer plates · Wrapping food to go per customer request · Clearing tables of empty plates/glasses and using proper cleaning products · Maintain clean work stations · Other Duties as assigned
