The Role:
The Box Office Concierge is responsible to answer all guests' questions and incoming calls. Additionally, they will process ticket orders, walk-ups, maintain daily reports, and open and close the box office as required.
Responsibilities:
- Stock, set-up and maintain the box office area
- Answer all questions and provide detailed and accurate information
- Perform ticket sales for all entertainment, including assisting guests with modifications, or cancellation requests
- Verbally communicates information to guests regarding the property's facilities whenever possible
- Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority and informs management of any unresolved issue
- Provides great service at all times
- Balances cash and ticket transactions
- Assists with seating guests during show nights
- Performs other related duties as required
