Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).
The Role:
F&B Shift Mangers is responsible all front of house food & beverage operations. Lead the front of house team with effective communication and professionalism to ensure the highest standards of quality and guest service. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Interact with other departments to ensure the goals of the organization are achieved
Responsibilities:
- Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Food & Beverage Department.
- Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
- Also directly supervises non-supervisory employees.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Ensure at all times operating principles are being adhered to:
- Clean – Keep all areas clean and pristine.
- Safe – Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Fun – Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.
- Value – Effectively manage and ensure an optimum value proposition for our guests.
- Interact with all guests and employees to positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations in all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
- Responsible for the supervision and performance of the Food & Beverage department front of the house staff, coaching and counseling as needed to ensure exemplary food and beverage service.
- Assists and advise other departments and company personnel, as necessary, to assure the successful performance of Food & Beverage department Staff, and the company overall.
- nitors the production of Food & Beverage products to provide the best possible products while controlling costs.
- Review staffing levels while maintaining and controlling costs on a daily basis reflective of business levels to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Directs development and training of Food & Beverage staff, coaching and counseling as needed to ensure exemplary food and service.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and coaching and counseling of staff to assemble the best team to provide the best service to the guest.
- Oversees all sanitation practices in Food & Beverage Restaurants to meet or exceed such practices and guest expectations.
- Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
