Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).
The Role:
As an EVS Shift Supervisor at Bally’s, you will play a huge role in the welcoming experience of our guests by creating a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
• Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Assist with developing, implementing, and enforcing, policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, internal controls, Company policies and procedures, and organizational goals
• Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
• Monitor labor resources to ensure maximum effectiveness in guest services
• Produce and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Make suggestions for improvements in operations with emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction, generating revenue, and minimizing costs
• Investigate and resolve guest and team member complaints related to the EVS matters
• Conduct and document inspections of public areas of the property to ensure all is cleaned and well maintained
• Ensure storage closets are properly stocked with supplies and all equipment is properly maintained
• Issues and collects master keys
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
• High school or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite
• Must have excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and must be able to work with shifting priorities
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holiday

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
