What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor - Table Games position at Bally's?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees the table games dealers in the pit area. Assists in planning, organizing, and overseeing all functions required to ensure table games operations are executed in a cost effective and profitable manner. Ensures that all table games operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
- Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Consistently welcoming guests, thanking them for their patronage, seeking ways to make them comfortable and expressing your desire to have them return.

Maintaining constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered at the facility and informs guests.

Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.

Maintain security of all games, monies and personnel.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
