Ballygar AI is seeking a mid-level or senior Army Readiness Intelligence Analyst to support the Army G-2 Directorate of Plans and Integration in assessing the readiness of Army Intelligence forces and providing recommendations to the Army G-2 to inform policy and strategy.

Responsibilities: The Army Readiness Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for assessing and providing recommendations on the readiness of Army intelligence forces and units. Day to day, the Analyst will execute and on occasion, lead research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports, as well as provide mid- to high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex issues.

  • Conducts research and drafts executive summaries, presentations, information papers, and decision papers for senior Position Description / Qualifications Leadership
  • Prepares and presents briefings to senior leaders and other ARSTAF action officers
  • Attends meetings and symposia at the ARSTAF and DOD level

The Analyst must demonstrate:

  • Working knowledge of analytic tools for purpose of tracking and measuring Intelligence Readiness, Readiness Reporting Systems, Intelligence Systems and Equipment, PPBE process, TAA process, Foundry Program, and MI Force Structure
  • Expert knowledge of Intelligence organizations and roles, Army Readiness and associated processes to include the Unit Status Report / AR 220-1, ReARMM, Sustainable Readiness, Strategic Readiness Update, Army Strategic Readiness Assessment, and Joint Capability Area Assessment

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree; advanced intelligence discipline training; or other equivalent DoD or service Intelligence experience
  • Fourteen (14) years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience from tactical to strategic
  • Staff action officer experience at HQDA (DCS, G-2 preferred), Joint (J-2 preferred), or OSD (OUSD (I) preferred) or a closely related DOD organization/agency
  • Combat deployment experience as an Intelligence Officer
  • Interagency and Multi- National experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate from the Command and General Staff College or similar Senior Staff College

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Experience level:

  • 11 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
