Position Summary

As a Digital Content Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate scheduling of digital advertising content across our network of displays. You will coordinate with various internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns. You will provide top-line support throughout the media scheduling process, ensuring accurate inputs and real-time data to support the sales process.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage digital advertising content across all digital screens, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely content deployment.
  • Work closely with clients and account managers to obtain and verify advertising content and schedules.
  • Monitor and adjust content schedules as needed to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure all digital content adheres to technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for any scheduling issues or content discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed records of all scheduled content and related activities.
  • Utilize data analytics to track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT and digital operations teams to implement new technologies and enhance scheduling systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
  • Data entry of client contract agreements, posting instructions, and Ad Manager maintenance.
  • Review digital files against spec documents and perform basic reformatting using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Transfer art files to and from remote locations, and communicate with remote property contacts and city partners.
  • Provide clear communication between clients, sales team, and vendors on scheduled content.
  • Perform final checks to ensure content is accurately scheduled within systems to capture Proof of Performance (POP) photography.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital content scheduling, digital advertising operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of out-of-home advertising and digital media technologies is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for basic reformatting of digital files.
