Position Overview:

Balmoral Dental Center is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment with full autonomy in treatment planning. The associate will primarily manage the upstairs clinic (Tuesday through Friday), while Dr. AJ will oversee the downstairs clinic (Monday through Thursday). You will have the chance to collaborate with experienced team members, including Dr. AJ, a UAB School of Dentistry graduate, and Dr. Angela Fennell, who has over 30 years of experience and will provide mentoring and fill-in as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, including extractions, sealants, removable prosthodontics, crowns, and fillings.
• Perform periodic and comprehensive exams for routine hygiene and new patients.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Create a safe, supportive, and child-friendly environment to help ease patient anxiety.
• Meet or exceed an expected production target of $3,500 per day.

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current Alabama dental license or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Alabama.
• Comfortable working with children and providing care in a family-friendly setting.
• Motivated to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of patients.
• Friendly, confident, empathetic, and relatable, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
