About this opportunity – NPI Technician I
The New Product Introduction Technician will have the responsibility to support NPI and Operations teams in new process development, process improvements, build prototypes, perform testing, and troubleshooting, repair or perform maintenance of equipment.

Working conditions are between office and cleanroom environment.

Description
About this opportunity – NPI Technician I
The New Product Introduction Technician will have the responsibility to support NPI and Operations teams in new process development, process improvements, build prototypes, perform testing, and troubleshooting, repair or perform maintenance of equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with engineers on new process development, process improvement, prototype build, and testing.
- Support engineers to identify tools and equipment need and assist in processing purchase requests or in-house tool fabrication.
- Recommend improvements.
- Perform equipment IQ/OQ.
- Work with Engineers to create Equipment Requirement Specification and process Change Order as needed.
- Troubleshooting, repair, and perform maintenance of equipment.
- Provide training to technicians or operators.
- Support Production builds as needed.
- High school diploma with minimum 3 years of experience in medical industry
- College degree is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team player with a commitment to developing strong collaborative relationships with colleagues, business partners and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
