Responsibilities
- Install, balance, and rotate tires on vehicles using power tools and hand tools.
- Perform tire repairs and replacements as needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while handling heavy lifting and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive repair or vehicle maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in tire installation and repair.
- Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain physical stamina throughout the workday.
- A background in sales is advantageous for upselling products and services.
