WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our Operations Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the execution of our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Your primary goal is to take ownership of operational duties and support Darius, allowing him to focus on leadership and scaling the business.
Production Administrative Assistance: Handle permits, registrations, and project documentation while assisting with scheduling crews, inspections, and project timelines.
Office Management: Maintain a well-organized office environment by managing supplies, schedules, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Inventory Management: Track tools, materials, and inventory records, coordinating replenishment with vendors to ensure crews have everything they need.
Fleet Management: Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, registered, and documented, keeping the fleet operational and ready for use at all times.
Systems Management: Implement and manage digital tools and software, train staff on their use, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for efficiency.
Onboarding and Team Support: Assist with onboarding new hires by providing tools, training, and resources while maintaining accurate records for a seamless integration process.
General Operational Support: Take ownership of operational tasks, allowing leadership to focus on strategy, and adapt to evolving business needs as the company grows.
