Essential Functions

Monitors student activities on school premises.
Alerts school police and school administrative staff to potential disruptions or incidents.
Participates in student take-in and dismissals.
Monitors activity in the cafeteria during lunch periods.
Monitors hallways while classes are in session.
Submits verbal and written reports as required.

Minimum Salary 16.84

Desired Qualifications

Required :

Must authorize release of prior employment, credit history, and criminal conviction information

Good oral and written communication skills

Must pass drug test, background record investigation and federal, state and local fingerprint checks

Ability to communicate effectively with school personnel and students

Ability to effectively interact with school personnel and students

Ability to respond to emergency situations while maintaining composure and demonstrating appropriate professionalism and restraint at all times

Ability to climb stairs, stand and walk for long periods of time

Preferred :

High school diploma or equivalent
