Baltimore Country Club is looking to hire a full time Host/Hostess to join the Food and Beverage department. A Hosts/ Hostess is responsible for interacting closely with members and guests to create a memorable dining experience. This position requires a candidate who can communicate effectively, has an outgoing personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Just one year after opening, the Club gained immediate recognition in the golf world by hosting the fifth United States Open Championship. Hosts/Hostesses are responsible for greeting members with a smile, showing them to their tables, and making them feel at home. In many ways, the Host or Hostess is the face of the club, they are the first Staff Member that Members and Guests will interact with before their meal, and the last one they see before they leave. Physical Requirements, Working Conditions And Other Factors
- Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills
- Professional appearance and attitude with a willingness to learn is an absolute must
- Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Restaurant and Food Service preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift 25-50lbs
- Minimum hiring age is 16 years old
- Must be a team player
