Essential Job Duties
- Organize, supervise and instruct specialized programs for various age groups.
- Oversee the use of historical facilities.
- Assist groups in planning and carrying out recreational programs.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical files and/or records.
- Create and design flyers, booklets, advertisement, brochures and/or reports.
- Meet with the community citizens groups.
- Supervise and train volunteer leaders.
- Maintain the historical site in a safe and satisfactory condition.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Knowledge of office procedures and filing systems
- Knowledge of automated office systems
- Skill in operation of office machineries
- Knowledge CPR and basic first aid
