Are you in? Primary Purpose: PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Follows up with customers on contracts, email inquiries, requests and surveys. Coordinates with customers on job statuses which may include utility permits, certificate statuses and related billing activities. Supports requests for BGE services. Assists with documentation and/or data input in BGE systems. May coordinate with other BGE departments in support of customer-related work. May be required to perform other job-related duties as assigned. Required to work rotational storm duty responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of distribution systems, BGE systems, work procedures, customer-related work.
- Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of administrative functions according to established procedures. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively. Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Education/Experience: At least two years of related work experience or equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience.
