Exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about community health medicine! Baltimore Medical System's Highlandtown Family Health Center provides high-quality primary care and behavioral health services to a diverse, disadvantaged population. The Family Nurse Practitioner Care Connect (FNP-CC) is a licensed independent practitioner. The FNP-CC assesses patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories. He/she determines abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory studies; interpreting test results.
Hours
- Monday to Thursday, 10 AM - 7:00 PM
