Job Summary:

In this role, you will be first responsible for selling the premium seats in the new club spaces. Secondary responsibilities would be selling suites, existing club seats and luxury hospitality areas. This position requires a proactive approach, strong sales acumen, and a proven ability to sell high dollar inventory to customers and to the business community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target so that the Orioles sell out the new club space at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
- High level of daily outbound effort to drive new business meetings with C-Level Executives
- Proficient business prospecting, expected to uncover new leads and continually grow pipeline.
- Meet or exceed established sales, renewal, and revenue targets for premium seating.
- Sell premium seating products, including suites, club seating, and luxury boxes, while driving revenue through upselling, generating referrals, and cross-selling.
- Execute and manage premium seating-related events and game-day experiences, including in-seat visits and client engagement at Orioles games and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the Baltimore community, fostering new business opportunities and generating long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to drive new business and increase premium seating sales.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and outcomes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed, to support premium seating and event schedules.
- Ensure meticulous documentation and upkeep of prospect/buyer interactions and relevant information within the CRM system, maintaining accuracy and completeness for accountability.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should have 5 years of premium sales or ticket sales experience, with a proven track record of B2B sales work. Any history of success selling premium products should be highlighted.
- Proven success in driving sales and building relationships in a premium seating or B2B sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse clients and exceed their expectations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and ticketing platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and contribute to team culture.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

The anticipated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience, plus commission.
