Housekeeping Attendant

We are looking for the right people to join our Housekeeping team here at Baltusrol Golf Club. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive service attitude towards Members, guests, and fellow team members.

• Guest Room and Public Area Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, lobby, restrooms, and restaurants, ensuring they are clean, neat, and sanitary.

• Operate Laundry equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently, reporting any safety hazards as needed.

• Restocking and Supply Management: Replenish necessary supplies in guest rooms, soiled linen, Housekeeping closets, and linen carts to ensure readiness for new tasks.

• Communication with Management: Maintain accurate and timely communication with the Manager and Front Desk regarding any cleaning or operational issues.

• Public Restrooms: Clean and sanitize all public restrooms, ensuring high standards of hygiene.

• Furniture and Carpet Care: Dust and clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and inviting environment.

• Additional Duties: Be prepared to perform additional duties as requested by management as needs arise.

• Comfortable standing, lifting, bending and ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently as well part of a team in fast paced environment
