ROLE OVERVIEW
In the role of a Coordinator on the Events & Engagement Team the employee will be responsible for the following:
• Help with logistical planning for global firm events, with a focus on New York office events
• Event coordination including but not limited to, catering, venue sourcing, audiovisual requirements, travel arrangements, producing presentation materials
• Develop and design our event websites and onsite materials
• Support leadership engagements
• Calendar organization and management
• Produce event graphics and continue to grow and push the visual aesthetics of our materials
• Maintain and update team planning/tracking documents
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
• 4-year Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience
• Event management or coordinator background preferred
• Experience working in financial services or investment management is a plus
