ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Jr Product Associate to join our Competitive Intelligence team within the Business Development division. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, quick on their feet, and eager to learn. You will work closely with the Competitive Intelligence Business Manager, developers, and other team members to support CRM and ATS buildouts, enhance workflows, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with team members to note down small ticket items and manage data normalization for CI page buildouts.
• Create user guides for new product updates and assist in the development of data flow diagrams using tools like Lucid charts.
• Work with developers to enhance job pipelines in Salesforce and support ongoing improvements to analytics and reporting.
• Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other systems for position management and hire business processes.
• Support the revamp of taxonomy tagging for Business Development and contribute to AI integration with Salesforce.
• Participate in the launch of CI performance capture pages and other strategic projects.
• Utilize Excel to build reports and manage data effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to work long hours when necessary.
• Ability to work in the Chicago office 4-5 days a week.
• Degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience working in consulting, or the financial industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Experience data analytics (Tableau, SQL)
• Understanding of Software Engineering concepts like Agile, Git etc.
• Familiarity with "data cloud" products like Snowflake.
• Familiarity with data diagrams, data management, or process mapping
• Exposure to LLMs or Machin Learning concepts
• Exposure to UI/UX tools like Figma.
