What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equities Execution Trader position at Balyasny Asset Management?

Responsibilities :
- Assist Asia Trading team in monitoring and executing equities trades on behalf of the Portfolio Managers
- Take active part in developing new Excel and / or Python tools for the traders on the desk to streamline trading processes
- Provide market color and flows to the trading desk and Portfolio Managers on specific stock or index price movements throughout the day
- Interact with operations, compliance, technology and portfolio finance team on handling trading related tasks that help with book-keeping and audit trails
- Keep on top of regional market developments and trading opportunities
- Follow regulations and policy to adhere to best-ex, whilst maintaining execution quality for all Portfolio Managers (Long Short / Quant / Index Rebalance / Event-Arbitrage)
