This technical role requires experience in supporting and implementing cloud and onsite services and support across various technologies. As an Infrastructure Engineer at BAM, you will be involved in :
- Handling all infrastructure issues and BAU tasks
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and notification of network and system outages
- Provide fast resolution and escalation for infrastructure unplanned outages and requests
- Identifying technology gaps and implementing appropriate solutions collaboratively
- Providing off-hours and remote support when needed
