Job Summary:
As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing your exceptional skills and artistic vision to enhance the natural beauty and confidence of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures using injectable treatments, ensuring optimal results while prioritizing client safety and satisfaction. Applicants must possess a thorough knowledge of the head and neck anatomy including the skin and address treatment of all facial areas with injectables. A complete understanding of professional lasers, body contouring, skin tightening and other aesthetic procedures is required – while this position’s core focus is injectables, our practice encompasses a range of aesthetic services performed by specialized providers. Your role involves collaborating with colleagues who specialize in diverse services to tailor treatment plans and collectively exceed patient expectations.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
- Maintain orderly exam rooms and inventory, following guidelines provided by the Clinical Manager, to ensure proper stocking and organization.
- Sterilize, clean, and stock instruments in compliance with office guidelines and OSHA regulations.
- Adhere to punctuality and perform services within allocated timeframes, arriving 20-30 minutes before the first appointment.
- Be flexible with the schedule to accommodate business needs.
- Uphold OSHA standards, maintain licensure, and stay updated with continuing education.
- Follow BAM Wellness policies and legal requirements for sanitation and sterilization.
- Accompany patients to procedure rooms, record vital signs, update medical history, and confirm patient identity.
- Capture essential before and after photographs for medical records.
- Apply required topical numbing to patients.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of services, products, financing options, memberships, and loyalty programs while effectively educating and communicating with patients.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing various modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform diverse treatments and services, including but not limited to Botox®, Dysport®, Dermal Filler, ProGen® PRP, phlebotomy, IV Therapy, and more.
- Accurately document detailed medical history, vital signs, exams, diagnoses, and plans in electronic medical records.
- Record prescriptions, pathologies, procedures, and provider orders.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Patient Care and Communication:
- Cultivate a professional, welcoming environment and build strong patient relationships.
- Employ effective communication to address inquiries and concerns courteously.
- Educate patients about services, products, and at-home skincare regimens.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prioritize punctuality and manage time effectively.
- Maintain an organized work area, adhering to protocols and policies.
- Actively participate in scheduled trainings, staff meetings, and collaborate with the team when needed.

Education and Experience:
- Hold and maintain a valid Montana State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Possess advanced training in injectables.
- Preferably, have a minimum of 2 years' experience in aesthetic medicine.
