Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls
- Making outbound calls
- Addressing customer questions and concerns
- Checking and responding to voicemails, emails, and text messages
- Processing daily billing, invoices and following up for payments
- Scheduling customer appointments and services
- Reviewing and responding to online reviews
- Sales
- Retention
Schedule is Monday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM
Pay is between $15-$17/hour, depending on experience.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Experience in an office setting and/or call center
- Proficient with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other office software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
