This skilled HR Consultant will join our Customer Experience (CX) team where you will provide expert HR support and guidance to our external BambooHR customers. You will be a key player in the BHR Admin Accelerator Program, helping clients optimize their HR processes and achieve their business goals.

So as one of the vital heroes in the customer experience lifecycle, you will partner with businesses to work through obstacles, set and achieve goals, and find potential and value for them as they use BambooHR products.
Now let's talk about a day in the life of the HR Consultant. You will :
- Meet with clients to work through concerns and absolutely obsess over their success
- Serve as a dedicated HR consultant for external customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Conduct working sessions via video calls, acting as an "admin for hire" to assist with various HR tasks and projects.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and providing proactive support.
- Act as a change champion, facilitating positive change with teammates, customers, and their stakeholders.
- Encourage and support the adoption of new processes and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
- Capture and document key learnings, customer feedback, and insights to inform future program phases.
- Collaborate with the Director and other team members to refine service offerings and improve customer experiences.
- Provide expert advice on HR best practices, leveraging BambooHR features to enhance customer operations.
- Assist customers with tasks such as onboarding, performance management, access level configuration, and more.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal guidelines, offering insights without providing direct policy advice.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including notes, data, and feedback.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates to the Director, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Demonstrate clarity and confidence in written and verbal communication, as well as in presentations.
- Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence positive decisions and actions.
