We are currently seeking a Driver to join our growing team. This position reports to the Logistics Manager and will work primarily on the road. The Driver must be capable of safely transporting materials and equipment efficiently to various job sites. Additionally, they should be able to help load, and unload trucks as needed. The Driver will perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety regulations. All Drivers are responsible in assisting with general warehouse duties and end of day clean up as necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering products in a friendly and professional manner.
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment, such as a forklift or manual lifting.
- Follow and implement instructions from supervisors.
- Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives and investigations. Comply with all safety procedures.
- Participate in clean-up responsibilities and maintains daily good housekeeping practices according to 5S procedures.
- Perform other duties and tasks as required.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigating various locations.
- Must have valid Driver's License with clean record.
- Must be able to pass testing for Medical Card.
- Must be able to drive small box truck.
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including trucks and vans.
- Proven ability to accept and apply feedback and directives from supervisors and other team members.
- Workers are required to be on time for every shift.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is desired.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional roadways and traffic patterns.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment promoting a teamwork mentality.
