We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Administrator to ensure our office runs smoothly. This position will ensure the office is opened and closed for business hours, handle reception functions, and complete multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. The Office Administrator position reports directly to the CEO and will provide administrative support to our Executive Team as needed.
40 Hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Onsite

Responsibilities
- Manage all office reception functions, answer phones, receive visitors, and ensure the office is always ready for clients or vendors.
- Collect and distribute all incoming mail and deliveries.
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining the stock for the facility on all general office, kitchen and bathroom supplies as well as performing the daily maintenance on the coffee machine.
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management.
- Schedule meetings, submit reports, prepare documents and presentations as needed.
- Support bookkeeping and like functions for the company.
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Highly proficient in MS office products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task are a must.
- Prior experience as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position is preferred but not required.
