Position Overview :
The Visual Merchandising Associate will report to the Vice President of Creative | Design and will assist in all aspects of visual display and merchandising for all retail stores and wholesale showrooms.
Essential Job Functions :
Work directly with VP Creative | Design to develop, implement, and maintain visual merchandising standards for all retail stores and wholesale showrooms. Ensure that the visual merchandising strategy is in line with the brand identity, its products, and target market
- Develop, source, and implement new table settings, window display, and seasonal display concepts.
- Conduct regularly scheduled store visits in person or via video conferencing to refresh merchandising and window displays
- Assist with planning and set-up for special events and wholesale market showroom set-up
- Liaise with store, showroom, and sales managers to develop merchandising and display strategies that optimize sales and overall brand experience.
- Monitor costs and work within approved budgets and time constraints.
