Compensation
$20.00 /hr (Differentials applied for current MAP and CNA certifications, nursing students and within applicable regions)
Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to residents in daily living skills, such as personal care, meal planning, and household management
- Assist residents in developing and achieving personal goals, including education, employment, and socialization
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports of resident activities and progress
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
