- Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting independence and community participation
- Develop and implement personalized plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking progress and outcomes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
