What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Scheduler position at Ban-A-Bug?
We are looking for a responsible administrative assistant/scheduler to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties includes providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Some of responsibilities include answer phones, schedule appointments with customers and our technicians, filing, greet potential new customers, present an office atmosphere that is fun and enjoyable for all.
