Company Information: BL Innovare has been in business since 2004 with our focus on vehicle inspection technologies. We are first and foremost a technology company focusing on solutions to help our customers achieve their business goals. Since 2008, we've been serving customers across North Carolina with our safety and emissions test equipment. We are currently looking for a Customer Experience and Support Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience and technical support. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Job Description: You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and field services. This role is a hybrid between in office and field service assistance, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service and customer support through the call center and during field visits or dispatches.
- Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks (able to lift 40 pounds).
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Log all support calls and field service requests, along with their results, into the company CRM database.
- Operate the vehicle safely (clean drive record).
- Collaborate with the team and share information across the organization.
- Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations or briefings.
- Perform administrative tasks, including answering calls, operating the phone system, running errands, monitoring the mail, scanning, printing, preparing packages for courier services, and monitoring supply inventory.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
