Purpose:
The Bartender is responsible for providing the utmost service to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner in accordance with Performance Hospitality and guest service standards.
Essential Functions:
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
- Ensure bar is well-stocked at all times.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
