What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at BancCentral National Association?
WE ARE SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers during routine banking transactions including the opening and closing of accounts. The Customer Service Representative will complete all necessary documentation to apply for banking services. Additional responsibilities will include teller and cash handling transactions. Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, e-mail, fax, correspondence, or in person.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of standard computer software programs, and two years of work experience in finance or accounting desired but not required.
